What this page is for
It answers common questions: what data exists, what stays on the device, what leaves the device when you use AI features, and how to ask questions. It does not replace a full privacy policy or regional requirements.
What we collect and why (high level)
- Account and app operation: Sign-in and app functionality may rely on service providers (for example Google for sign-in) under their terms and yours.
- Product improvement: Diagnostics, crash reporting, or analytics may exist only as described in the app and store listings—we do not recreate those details here in a way that could go stale.
Rule of thumb: If it is not described in the app or Play disclosures, do not assume it from this page.
What stays on your device
- AI provider credentials / API keys (when you configure them) are intended to be stored on device using platform-appropriate secure storage—not as plain text in a note field on our servers in the way described in product documentation.
What may leave your device
- Prompts and context you send to an AI provider leave your device to that provider’s service under their terms and yours. Situ8 is not a generic “we never see anything” guarantee without checking current disclosures.
Google Sign-In
Handled under Google’s authentication flows; review Google’s privacy terms for what they process when you use Sign-In.
Children
Situ8 is not directed at children in a way that replaces parental or school obligations. Align age and eligibility with store policies and local law—review with counsel.
Deletion and access
Expectations for account deletion, data export, or access requests should match what the app and store say at the time you use the product. This site does not set SLAs.
Changes
We may update product behavior and disclosures; this marketing page may lag. Check the app and Play for the latest.
Contact
Use the contact path on the Play listing or in-app for privacy-related requests until a dedicated address is published there.
