Trust

Situ8 is structured sensemaking: it helps you read a situation and choose a next move. Trust here means being explicit about what the product does and does not do, where your data can go, and how to report problems.

Human judgment stays in charge

Situ8 does not replace your judgment. Outputs are for you to interpret. We do not optimize for an opaque “score” that pretends to settle messy human situations.

AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or biased

Analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat every output as material to think with—not as authority. For legal, medical, emergency, or safety-critical decisions, use appropriate human expertise; Situ8 is not a substitute.

What stays on your device

Cases and work in progress live in the app experience described in our disclosures. Provider keys you configure are handled on your device as described in Privacy—we do not treat your keys as something to collect on our servers in the way described there.

What may leave your device when you use providers

When you choose to use an AI provider, prompts and related content needed for that service may be sent according to that provider’s terms and your settings. You choose whether and how to connect a provider; see Support for how configuration works in the app.

Reporting problematic outputs

We take feedback on AI-generated analysis seriously. Use the contact and feedback paths described on your Google Play listing and in Support to flag problematic outputs. We are improving clearer in-app reporting over time—see Roadmap.

Product boundaries (short version)

  • Not for emergency response
  • Not for medical, legal, or regulated professional advice by itself
  • Not for safety-critical decisions without appropriate expertise

Full language: Terms. Operational detail: Support.

Policies and broad promotion

Privacy and Terms may be updated as the product matures. Broad marketing or paid promotion should wait until policies and contact paths match what we promise publicly—this page is the conceptual home; Privacy and Terms are the legal documents.

  • Privacy — data practices
  • Terms — acceptable use and limitations
  • Support — help, providers, and contact
  • Roadmap — where reliability and reporting are heading
